Trademark, Brand Usage & IP Notice

Purone International Trading LLC (the "Company", "Purone", "we", "us" or "our") is a limited liability company duly licensed and registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, lawfully engaged in the import, distribution and retail sale of genuine luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and personal care products. This Notice is published in accordance with applicable UAE federal and emirate-level laws governing trade, consumer protection and intellectual property.

Purone operates as a bona fide reseller of genuine, original, factory-sealed products acquired exclusively through authorised, approved or otherwise lawful supply channels. Every unit offered for sale on this website has been obtained, stored and dispatched in compliance with the Company's internal sourcing, anti-counterfeit and chain-of-custody controls. Purone does not deal in, knowingly source, advertise or distribute counterfeit, replica, decanted, refilled or unauthorised goods of any kind.

All third-party names, brand names, product names, house marks, logos, packaging trade dress, product imagery and editorial descriptions referenced on this website ("Third-Party Marks") are and remain the exclusive property of their respective proprietors and/or duly authorised licensees. No ownership, licence, partnership, agency, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or joint venture between Purone and any such proprietor is created, implied or to be inferred by virtue of any reference on this website, save where expressly stated in writing.

Third-Party Marks are used by Purone solely for the lawful purposes of:

• Nominative descriptive use — accurately identifying the genuine products we offer for sale, in line with internationally recognised nominative-fair-use principles and consistent with the doctrine of trademark exhaustion (first-sale doctrine) once genuine goods have been placed on the market by, or with the consent of, the trademark proprietor.
• Consumer information — providing accurate, non-misleading product descriptions, ingredient information, volume, format, batch references and visual representations to enable informed purchasing decisions in compliance with UAE consumer protection law.
• Search & discovery — enabling customers to locate, compare and purchase the specific genuine products they are seeking through standard e-commerce navigation, filtering, search and category browsing.

Such use is strictly limited to what is reasonably necessary to identify the genuine goods being offered, does not suggest any commercial connection beyond an arm's-length resale relationship, and does not tarnish, dilute or misappropriate the distinctive character or reputation of any Third-Party Mark.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Purone relies upon the principle of exhaustion of trademark rights in respect of genuine goods lawfully placed on the market. Customers acknowledge that the resale of genuine, unaltered products bearing a Third-Party Mark does not in itself constitute an infringement of that mark. Where local mandatory law in a destination jurisdiction provides otherwise, the customer is responsible for ensuring importation complies with such law.

Each product sold by Purone is offered under our "Purone Verified" assurance — a documented internal authenticity, sourcing and quality-control standard. The Purone Verified mark, the Purone name, the Purone logotype, this website's overall design, photography, copywriting, curated content, code and arrangement constitute the proprietary intellectual property of Purone International Trading LLC, protected under applicable copyright, database-right, design-right and trademark laws. All rights are expressly reserved.

Without limiting any other right or remedy, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, mirror, scrape, republish, sell or commercially exploit any content on this website without our prior written consent.
• Use any Third-Party Mark, or the Purone marks, in a manner likely to cause confusion as to source, sponsorship or affiliation.
• Represent yourself as an agent, distributor, affiliate or representative of Purone without a written agreement.
• Use this website to procure goods for the purpose of counterfeit, replica or unauthorised resale activity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the technical operation, security or integrity of this website.

Nothing on this website shall be construed as an endorsement of Purone by, or any official partnership, agency or sponsorship arrangement with, any brand owner, perfume house, cosmetics house, skincare house or other rights-holder, unless and to the extent that such relationship is expressly confirmed by Purone in a separate, signed written instrument.

Purone conducts its business in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including without limitation Federal Law No. 36 of 2021 concerning Trademarks, Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 concerning Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights, Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 concerning Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and all customs, anti-counterfeit and trade regulations applicable to its activities.

Purone respects the intellectual property rights of all third parties. Any bona fide rights-holder (or their duly authorised representative) who, in good faith, believes that content displayed on this website infringes their rights — including but not limited to trademark, copyright, design right, database right or rights in product imagery — is invited to submit a formal written notice via the IP & Brand Integrity desk below.

A valid notice should include:

• The full legal name, address and contact details of the rights-holder and, where applicable, the authorised representative.
• Identification of the right(s) alleged to be infringed, with supporting registration or evidentiary references.
• The specific URL(s) and item(s) on this website said to be affected.
• A clear statement of the action requested and a good-faith declaration of the truthfulness of the notice.

Upon receipt of a complete, good-faith notice, Purone will review the matter promptly and respond in line with applicable law and its internal IP-handling procedures. Submission of a notice does not, by itself, constitute an admission of liability by Purone.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Purone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of any Third-Party Mark on this website by any third party, or with the reliance by any party on any statement contained in this Notice. The aggregate liability of Purone in respect of any claim relating to a specific transaction shall in no event exceed the value of that transaction.

This Notice and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Notice, without prejudice to any mandatory rights of consumers under the laws of their habitual residence.

If any provision of this Notice is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Notice, together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Purone in respect of its subject matter and supersedes any prior representation or arrangement.

Purone reserves the right to amend this Notice from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of the relevant act or transaction shall govern.
