Purone is operated by Purone International Trading LLC ("Purone", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at 2003, One By Omniyat, Business Bay, Dubai.

Purone is an authorised reseller and curator of authentic luxury fragrance, skincare, cosmetics and personal care products. Products are sourced exclusively through authorised or approved distribution channels of the houses we distribute and supplied to customers in the UAE, the wider Middle East and internationally on request.

Every product sold on this website carries the Purone Verified seal — our commitment that the item is 100% original. All trademarks, brand names and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe the products we sell.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from Purone. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — and to refund any payment in full.

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirham (AED) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable VAT.
• Shipping fees, customs duties and local taxes for international orders are shown at checkout or charged on delivery.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout via approved card networks and regulated local payment methods.
• Title in the goods passes to you upon full receipt of payment and successful delivery.

Delivery timelines, returns eligibility, refunds and damaged-item procedures are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Purone name, logo, website design, text, photography, product descriptions and curated content are the property of Purone International Trading LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use any element for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the site, including via bots, scraping or denial-of-service activity.
• Reproduce, resell or commercially exploit our content without authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Purone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — including loss of profit, data or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any product purchased from us. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, courier disruption, cyber-attack or public-health events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to consumer rights you may have under mandatory local law in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version effective at the time you place your order governs the contract between us.
