02 · Formation
Born and raised in the vibrant region of Catalonia, Spain, Jordi Fernández cultivated an early passion for scent. Unusually for a professional perfumer, he honed his craft independently rather than through traditional academic routes. His career began at Eurofragrance in Barcelona, before he transitioned to Givaudan in 2010, where he currently holds a senior perfumer position.

Fernández draws inspiration from personal recollections and the inherent beauty of the natural world. He is lauded for his command of Middle Eastern perfumery, particularly his nuanced handling of oud.
