Born and raised in Paris, Pierre-Constantin Guéros developed an early appreciation for diverse aromas within his father's fashion studio. This environment, rich with the distinct notes of fine materials, fostered a keen olfactory awareness. His path to perfumery was cemented during a visit to ISIPCA, where the fusion of scientific principles and creative formulation deeply resonated with his intellect. He embraced this calling, pursuing extensive personal research through travel and literature, enriching his understanding of global scent cultures.

03 · Practice

After spending fifteen years working internationally in Germany and the United States, Guéros joined Symrise in 2015, initially based in Dubai before relocating to Paris. His career is distinguished by an impressive and varied body of work for designer, niche, and regional luxury houses. Notable collaborations include Calvin Klein, Givenchy, Jil Sander, Karl Lagerfeld, and Roberto Cavalli, alongside many others from both European and Middle Eastern markets, showcasing his comprehensive skill set and adaptability across numerous stylistic demands.
